About Gomez-Hall Environmental

A small, woman-owned environmental planning firm

We help you navigate the environmental planning & permitting process

Gomez-Hall Environmental is a small (micro), woman-owned environmental consulting firm specializing in preparation of environmental review documentation pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Washington's State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).   We help you navigate the complex process of environmental planning and permitting to achieve your development, sustainability, and community goals.

Our Founder and Principal, Stacy Hall de Gomez has 15+ years of environmental planning and permitting experience, in addition to an extensive background in fisheries management and development. To supplement our NEPA/CEQA/SEPA capabilities, we maintain strategic relationships with technical specialists such as biologists, archaeologists, engineers specializing in noise, transportation, air quality, geotechnical, and stormwater, GIS specialists, and more.

We are currently certified with the State of Washington as a small (micro), woman-owned business, and are in the process of getting certified with King County, the City of Seattle, the Small Business Administration, and the U.S. Department of Transportation/WSDOT/Caltrans.

We also have a sister company, Gomez-Hall Associates, which focuses on seafood sustainability, fisheries management, and seafood processing and marketing; check out our fisheries website here.

“I enjoy the unique challenges of each project and find satisfaction in helping each client meet their project environmental goals.”
